hey you all whats going on?? not to much here just chillin at home!! yep thats rite at home!! it feels so good to be in kansas!! but it feels weird because there is no mountains!! my flight got in around 3:30pm yesterday and i spent the nite in my own bed!! with my dog piled rite in the middle of me!! i guess he missed me!! this smorning i saw all my friends and they could not beleive i was there!! it was gr8 to see the looks on thier faces!! tonite me and my mom are going to go and hang!! go shoppin for some "healthy" clothes!! yes!! barely any of my clothes fit me now!! but thats a good thing.............i am in town for 6 days............then i am leaving to go back to avalon!! yippee!! but its gr8 up there...............we get to ride horses and play volleyball in the sand!! o yeah and we sometimes get to go into town and watch a movie at the logan theatre!! we went to see Ice Age 2 last friday!! that was gr8............hopefully the next time i come home it will be that i am staying home 4 good!!

We had a great visit with Katie in Utah.  I guess you figured it out by now.  She used a computer at the hotel we stayed at to update on the 18th.  You won't believe how GREAT she looks!  She was her bubbly ol' self, you know, almost giddy!  The "old Katie" is back!  Whoo hoo!  We actually arrived in Utah on Friday.  We went to Avalon Hills to see her.  When she answered the door she flew into her Daddy's arms.  It was awesome!  I wish everyone could see where she is...it is SOOO beautiful, although I would get sick of the snow real quick!  Saturday we met briefly with Eri, one of her therapists, then she spent the day with us.  We shopped for new clothes, whoo hoo, she outgrew the others!  She ate lunch with us and for the first time in I don't know how long, she ate in front of us and didn't even think about it!  She wasn't allowed to stay with us Saturday night, (bummer), but we went back to AH to get her Sunday morning.  We went to the church she has been going to and it was good to meet her "Pastor" up there.  It's a lot like our church but smaller, much smaller.  We spent the day together watching movies, her and Colton went swimming (yes, she actually put on a swim suit!) and we ate out.  She got to spend the night with us Sunday.  Monday morning we had to take her back.  We had a family session that went real well.  Then we headed back to Wicha, Wicha, Wichita!  We were snowed in at Cheyenne, Wyoming and didn't make it home until Tuesday night.  Being a fair weather person I frankly didn't care if I ever saw another snow flake.  Then, of course, it snowed here!  Our fault...sorry friends.  Here's the next best news...she may be here for a visit over Easter weekend!  Cool beans!  I know she misses you all terribly and can't wait to see you.  I'm working on redoing her room so I gotta go.  Love you all and thanks for the many prayers, letters and cards.  They have meant a lot to her!  She's back!

Hey you all................this is katie!! I am on a pass with my parents in Logan!! they get to stay with me all weekend!! we get to go shopping and go bowling and just stuff............I cant wait to see all my friends when i get home, but i dont no when that is going to be!!
